Process: Separate hazelnut kernels from shells without removing skin
Consumption: Can be consumed as a snack
Size: 9-11mm, 11-13mm, 13-15mm, 15-17mm or from 9mm to 17mm with 1 or 2 mm size differences

   

Roasted Hazelnut Kernels

Origin: Georgia
Process: Roast kernels as per customer specification, removeskins and separate hazelnut kernels not totally skinned
Consumption: Used as a raw material for confectionary, ice-cream, chocolate, bakery and pastry products or consumed as a snack
Size: 13-15mm.

   

Diced Hazelnuts

Origin: Georgia
Process: Blanche hazelnut kernels with 3-5 percent moisture content—natural kernels with 4-6 percent moisture content and roasted kernels with 2-3 percent moisture content, select and dice hazelnut kernels with dicing machines calibrated to customer specifications
Consumption: Used as a raw material for confectionary, ice-cream, chocolate, bakery and pastry products
Size: size 2-4mm.

   

Hazelnut Meal

Origin: Georgia
Process: Blanche hazelnut kernels with 3-5 percent moisture content—natural kernels with 4-6 percent moisture content and roasted kernels with 2-3 percent moisture content, select and dice hazelnut kernels with dicing machines calibrated to customer specifications
Consumption: Used as a raw material for confectionary, ice-cream, chocolate, bakery and pastry products
Size: size 0-2mm.
